Maximus' Flying City got to the West coast of the United States. It's only twenty miles from the Virginia Beach Area. There is a stage on the beach, filled with reporters from every inch of America. The entire Beach was sectioned off, everyone was home watching the News of what was happening. The current President of the United States watched as the flying Vehicle approached the stage. It hovered above the sand, hardly a speck moved. The passenger of the strange and almost alien vehicle stepped out and waved as the reporters snapped their pictures.
He stepped over to and Greeted the President. The President stepped to the stand and said, "Ladies and Gentlemen, Maxwell Maximus." He stepped back and let Maximus up to the stand. He said, "It is an honor being here and being able to tell the world some of the greatest news ever. I have successfully created a city the size of Belgium, in the sky! The heavens will no longer be a stranger to us! This new city is called New Olympus. I have sent invitations to random people around the globe to come and start a new life on New Olympus. This city has seventeen restaurants, three different schools and an enormous number of other buildings with different purposes. Here you will be able to escape from the stresses of the real world. We have so much to offer to the average human being, why, one might say its Heaven on Earth, so to speak." No one was laughing.
He cleared his throat. "We also have a free transportation system to get around the city with. Plus, Everything there is controlled by an inhackable computer system. Everything here is at the highest security, and no one will even need to commit crimes cause if you need help then just call us up and explain your problem. Essentially we have taken poverty out of the equation." He paused, then said, "Any questions?"
They started there questions and Dexter muted it. He turned to us. "This is obviously a trap." He said. We nodded. It didn't take a boy genius to figure that out, but none of us were in a joking mood. Pandora stepped in. "I never thought he would pull it out this early." We all turned to her. "What is Maximus planning?" I asked. She shook her head. "He's inviting all the superhumans so he can to get them over to where he wants them. He's going to magnefy their powers and use them to take over the world, little by little. He's already conquered North Korea."
We are so in trouble.
