I went back to my room to mentally prepare myself. We found that the only Archer Co. Facility left is the one hidden inside a comic book store. The manager called the police when his employee woke up to see a big gaping hole in the wall.
I was going against ancient warriors here. That means, they are obsolete. They cannot compare to my strength. If they couldn't win a thousand years ago, then they sure as hell can't win now. I was startled when my old communicator started buzzing. I forgotten I still had it. I put it on my ear and activated it. "Hello?" I asked. "Cyrus, Help!"
I stood up instantly. "Jazz? What the-What's going on?" "No time! I need your help! He killed so many people! He's after all of us, Cyrus! He's going to--" She was cut off. The line was dead. "Jazz! Jazz! Come In! Do You Read?!" Nothing.
On the other end of the line. Jazz dropped the sliced communicator. The attacker held her by the neck. He smiled snidely from under his hood. "Don't worry, little girl." He said in a familiar voice. "I'm not going to kill you. Yet."
Meanwhile back at Broadsword, Cyrus was ordering people around. "You there! You can pilot an aircraft right?" The young rookie pilot nodded. "Uh, yeah. Yes sir." "Good. You are going to take me somewhere." I felt a cold hand on my shoulder. "Not without me, you're not." I spun around to see Zero.
"Why do you want to come with me?" I asked. "You may be a super healer, but some one's got to make sure you don't get yourself killed." I laughed a little. He's starting to sound like Jazz, himself. "OK. Fine. Let's go."
