Grossman watched as the rest of their team entered the building. It consisted of Bianca Webb, Sandy Dunes, and Wally (a.k.a. the Waterboy). Bianca was born with the ability to stick to any wall, as well as producing her own organic webs. We joke on her all the time about Spiderman coming to sue her someday. Someone actually bought a costume at the store and dressed up to mess with her. Sandy can turn into sand, and morh it to anything she likes. Wally can manipulate and become a part of water, as long as he has enough of it. How hard could that be? Being in a mansion, there should be water running everywhere. They are going to turn the building upside down, looking for Noel. Jessie and I are going to take out every guard we see. So that none can get to Maximus to warn him. We went on our way.
Meanwhile......
Leech was hungry. Not the hunger that requires food, or a drink, or even the longing for another. His hunger could only be satisfied by the life of another. Just a grab-hold of someone would give him the power. He snacked on someone ealier today, but humans are so weak and pathetic, especially the younger ones. He needed the energy provided by the Superhumans. Each seemed to have their own flavor, depending on the person themself. It made his mouth water just by thinking about it.
To make matters worse, he had to sit there and keep an eye on this human here. She was floating in a sedative Tank. She is oblivious to everything around her. She is completely numb in there.
Maybe I could just have a little taste. Just a little life force energy to hold him over until Dexter joined the New Olympians. The boss won't notice, Cleo might, but she's so disgusted by my mind she won't wander in there. He went up the stairs next to the tank, since it only opened from the top. He continued to open the security hatch. Before he could reach down for his snack, he heard something behind him.....
